Added Portuguese(brazilian) translation

Thanks to Jovane Marques, Laffer Web client interface is now translated into Portuguese (Brazilian). You can try it online from the LiveDemo page. With this translation you can use Laffer Web Client in 5 languages: English, German, Portuguese(Brazilian), Russian and Bulgarian. Those of you who want to help us translate Laffer in other languages can read this document. The Brazilian translation is added in the Subversion repository and will be included in the next release.
